At DISSH, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a seamless refund or exchange experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
